Refund and Exchange Policy


We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. All full price items may be returned for exchange, store credit, or refund. All Sale Items (Unless otherwise listed as FINAL SALE) may be returned for exchange or store credit. Gift Cards are FINAL SALE.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn (except to try on), unwashed, and original tags attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please keep in mind that we carry limited size and color options as we continually bring in new products to the store, and your specific exchange request may no longer be available. We will do our best to accommodate you with other options.

To request a return or exchange contact us at SummerSkyVIP@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


Shipping Policy

We ship all orders from Rockvale, TN within 2-3 days.

Please contact us immediately if your order needs to be modified or cancelled after it’s submitted. If your order has already been processed and shipped, unwanted items can be returned for a refund if they are eligible under our refund and exchange policy.

SummerSky Boutique is not responsible for package deliveries affected by invalid or old addresses provided by the customer, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation delays or strikes.

Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, and any shipping fees associated with your order are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Order Status
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. The tracking number for orders within the U.S. will include an estimated delivery date.
